The oath before dawn

In the early morning light,

The miners are ready to go,

Reciting the oath of safety in my heart,

Take the road to the depths of the earth.

The aroma of class’s Chinese food fills this small space,

They chatted while eating, stories and dreams flowing through laughter.

The way home at dusk

As the afterglow of the setting sun fills the earth,

The miners have finished their day's work,

They dragged their tired bodies,

But there was a satisfied smile on his face.

Thoughts at night

In the warm embrace of home,

They may think of the hardships underground,

But more of all, I miss and appreciate my family,

It is they who gave themselves infinite strength and courage.
